About Us
Our Vision
The life of someone arranging services for a child with disabilities can be very complex. Time and transportation are always an issue. It gets further complicated during school holidays and breaks. For parents that are struggling to manage the everyday needs of their child, the Leaps and Bounds Therapy Center was created with the desire to simplify the needs of the family. Depending upon the circumstances, most pediatric services are coordinated and scheduled at the safe, comfortable, and supportive environment of our Center.
The Center is designed to be a one-stop facility that offers a variety of therapeutic services for children with special needs. It is staffed by caring individuals providing habilitation or respite between your child’s therapy sessions to facilitate the ongoing stresses on a caregiver or parent.
Rhonda and Al Larson, co-Founders of Leaps and Bounds, can explain the value of their Center through their own experiences:
“As parents of special needs children, we know what is involved in getting through a typical week of therapies. We understand the difficulty in finding therapists and providers to accommodate the school-aged child and parents that work during normal business hours. We have spent countless hours on the phone resolving billing and insurance discrepancies. Our Center is a testament to our dedication in finding and integrating solutions to the challenges that we’ve faced. Our vision is to remain responsive in caring for the needs of the entire family in ways that are personable and professional.”
